I am a green kitchen goddess and plant based earthling in the city. I have a passion for cooking and making nutritious, delicious and nourishing food. The focus is on using seasonal ingredients and fresh organic natural produce.
I believe we should eat the rainbow every day to get as many nutrients as possible, and this means eating a wide variety of whole foods, fruits and vegetables. I use spices and fresh herbs to flavour my dishes, which are all gluten, dairy and refined sugar free. Eating real food and using quality ingredients, that are packed with flavours, is the key to creating yummy and exciting dishes that make you smile and tickle your taste buds.
