Berry cashew smoothie

This easy yummy smoothie is fast to make and perfect workout fuel. Enjoy the natural energy!

Ingredients (serves 2)

  • 1 banana

  • 1 cup blueberries

  • 1/4 cup cashews

  • 1 cup rice, almond or oat milk

  • 1/2 cup filtered water

  • A dash of honey or agave

  • Optional superfoods: 1 tbs acai and 1 tbs lucuma


Place everything in the blender with a few cubes of ice and whizz till smooth. Drink slowly and deliciously xxxx
