Cacao coconut maca

This creamy smoothie so good! It even gives you a mood lift and a sustained blood sugar level boost. Great for working out, reducing PMS and is full of SUPERFOODS so it's nutrient dense too. It's so yummy it almost tastes sinful!!!!

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • 1 cup filtered water

  • 3 cubes ice 

  • 1 banana

  • 1 pitted date

  • 2 tbs coconut or Greek yoghurt

  • 1 tbs coconut chips or dedicated coconut

  • 1 ts vanilla essence 

  • 1 tbs maca

  • 1 tbs raw cacao

  • Optional: cocoa nibs and extra coconut for decorating

Ingredients (serves 2)

Method

Blend till smooth and frothy. Pour into a glass. Sprinkle with cocoa nibs and coconut if using. Slurp the sweet stuff slowly.
