Banana "mojito" smoothie
This experimental smoothie turned out pretty creamy, zesty and delicious. It's great before a workout when you need fuel but nothing to hard on the digestion.

1 handful of fresh mint

Juice of 1/2 lime

An inch piece of ginger root, chopped

1 ts cashew butter

1 cup of rice milk

A handful of ice

Method
Whiz everything till smooth and creamy. Drink slowly and enjoy the fresh energy kick!
